Maïa Lernout

Maïa Lernout is a French perfumer who began her professional journey at the ISIPCA fragrance school before joining the creative team at Takasago. Her training included a significant apprenticeship under the mentorship of renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, which helped shape her technical precision and olfactory sensibility.

Throughout her career, Lernout has collaborated with a variety of notable fragrance houses, including Guerlain, Ex Nihilo, and Eisenberg. She is perhaps best known for her work on the Aqua Allegoria collection for Guerlain, as well as her contributions to the varied portfolio of niche brands that value her ability to balance contemporary trends with classic perfumery structures.
