Michel Roudnitska

Michel Roudnitska is a French perfumer and the son of the legendary nose Edmond Roudnitska. Raised in the world of fragrance at his family’s estate in Cabris, he developed a unique approach that blends traditional perfumery techniques with an interest in sensory art and nature. He is the founder of the creative studio Art et Parfum, which focuses on high-quality, artisanal compositions and supports independent perfumers.

Throughout his career, Roudnitska has collaborated with niche and luxury houses such as Frédéric Malle, DelRae, and Parfums d'Empire. He is best known for his work on scents like Noir Épices for Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and the acclaimed Eau Illumée for DelRae. His style is often characterized by a minimalist, intellectual aesthetic that emphasizes natural raw materials and complex, balanced structures.
