Natalie Feisthauer

Nathalie Feisthauer is a distinguished independent French perfumer with over three decades of experience in the fragrance industry. After graduating from the Givaudan Perfumery School, she spent many years as a senior perfumer at Givaudan before transitioning to the Symrise fragrance house. In 2014, she founded her own creative studio, Lab Scent, which allows her to collaborate directly with niche and independent brands as an independent consultant and composer.

Known for her technical precision and artistic versatility, Feisthauer has composed fragrances for a wide range of houses, including Hermès, Comme des Garçons, Etat Libre d'Orange, and Amouage. Her signature style is often characterized by a sophisticated balance between structure and innovation, frequently incorporating complex woody, spicy, and resinous accords. Among her most recognized works are the iconic Eau des Merveilles for Hermès and various celebrated compositions for niche houses such as Auphorie and Parfums Quartana.
