Patrice Revillard

Patrice Revillard is a French perfumer and the co-founder of the independent creative studio Maelstrom. After completing his training at the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris, he gained early experience working alongside industry veterans and honing his craft in fragrance composition. His work is characterized by a focus on high-quality raw materials and a modern, minimalist approach to olfactory storytelling.

Revillard has collaborated with a variety of niche and artisanal brands, most notably serving as the house perfumer for Chabaud Maison de Parfum. His portfolio includes notable creations such as Lait de Biscuit and Vert d'Eau, as well as various compositions for houses like Berdoues, Les Bains Guerbois, and his own studio's collaborations. He is widely recognized for his ability to blend traditional French perfumery techniques with contemporary, evocative concepts.
